Refund & Cancellation Policy



This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to services provided by NextGen Exam Solutions, operated by DPA Recruitment & Outsourcing Services.



1. Nature of Services

 

NextGen Exam Solutions provides digital services including job listing visibility, profile enhancement, premium features, and application facilitation services.



As these are digital and service-based offerings, refunds are subject to the terms mentioned below.



2. No Refund After Service Activation

 

Once a premium service, featured listing, or profile visibility feature has been activated or delivered, no refund will be provided.



3. Duplicate or Failed Transactions

 

If a user experiences a duplicate payment or a transaction failure where money is deducted but service is not activated, the user must notify us within 7 days.



After verification, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business working days.



4. Service Cancellation

 

Users may request cancellation of a service before activation. If the service has not yet been processed or activated, a refund may be considered after review.



5. No Employment Guarantee

 

Payments made for premium services do not guarantee job selection, interview calls, or employment. Refunds will not be issued based on non-selection by recruiters.



6. Processing of Refunds

 

All refunds, if applicable, will be processed under Harsh Enterprises through the original payment gateway used during the transaction.
